This Mediterranean wine, Protected Geographical Indication (IGP), is made from Bourboulenc, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, and Muscat grape varieties.

It is vinified by direct pressing and a cold fermentation between 15 and 16 °C. The manufacturing processes used make this wine light and refreshing with notes of fruit and citrus.

Crafted under the Protected Geographical Indication (IGP) Méditerranée title, this white wine combines Colombard, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, and Muscat. Gentle direct pressing and carefully controlled cold fermentation yield a remarkably fine, light wine bursting with vibrant citrus and fresh orchard fruit notes.

Tasting advice

Serve chilled, ideally between 10°C and 12°C. Using ceramic ice cubes will gently cool the wine without altering its delicate aromas.

Awards

Virant Domaine white wine regularly wins medals at the CGA in Paris. In 2020 and 2018, it won the gold medal. In 2016, it won the silver medal, and in 2017 the bronze medal.
