More informations

Domaine Virant Rosé embodies the spirit of traditional Provence. Highly popular with our local customers, this regional wine has been crafted to offer excellent quality that is accessible to all, making it ideal for everyday enjoyment. Having won numerous awards in national competitions, it is a sure bet and a source of pride for our vineyard.

Its Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) ‘Méditerranée’ designation gives us great creative freedom. For this cuvée, we have selected a blend of Cinsault, Merlot, Grenache and Caladoc – a combination that gives this Provençal rosé its fruity and refreshing aromas.

Pairing

Perfect as an aperitif or to accompany your summer meals, this rosé wine will win you over with its versatility and pairs beautifully with all kinds of grilled dishes, salads and pizzas.

Best served well chilled. You can add ceramic ice cubes to enhance the cooling effect without ever altering the fruitiness on the palate.

Having been committed to sustainable and responsible viticulture for many years — recognised by the High Environmental Value (HVE) label — Virant is now taking a new step forward with an ambitious agro-ecological transition, centred on restoring and maintaining soil life. Plant cover, limiting inputs, and encouraging natural beneficial organisms: every practice is designed to nurture the estate’s biodiversity and strengthen the natural balance of our 216 hectares of vineyards.

A favourite with the judges. A light rosé that was awarded a gold medal in Paris in 2016 and at the prestigious competition in Aix-en-Provence in 2019.
