Domaine Virant Rouge is a wine with great smoothness, designed to be easy to drink and accessible to as many people as possible. Made exclusively from grapes grown on our estate, it reflects our commitment: to offer high-quality, authentic wines that are representative of our terroir.

Its classification as a Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) ‘Méditerranée’ allows for great diversity in the choice of grape varieties used to make our Domaine Virant Rouge. We therefore sought to create an original blend that gives this wine lovely notes of red berries, redcurrants and blackcurrants.

Our cellar master pays particular attention to its production in order to preserve this unique suppleness.

The perfect accompaniment to your everyday meals, this red wine will be a delightful addition to your pizza nights or as an aperitif served with a platter of finely sliced cold meats.

Awards

In recent years, Domaine Virant Rouge has regularly won medals at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris. In 2019, it won the gold medal at the CGA; in 2016, the silver medal; and in 2018, the bronze medal.
