The Cuvée AOP Blanc is a wine particularly appreciated by our customers and recognized by the professionals of the wine industry. The reason is simple, it is a mineral wine, perfectly balanced. Its grape varieties, Rolle, Grenache Blanc, Ugni Blanc and Sauvignon, give it an aromatic mouth of fresh fruit, with notes of citrus and exotic fruit. Technicians speak of "thiolated" aromas, nowadays very appreciated in light-colored wines. As for the minerality of the wine, it finds its origins in certain plots of land used for its production. Indeed, it is not uncommon at Château Virant that the vines are planted in soils poor in soil and rich in stones.
