Intense sunshine, a refreshing mistral wind and significant day-night temperature variations: our climate preserves the acidity whilst ensuring full ripeness, resulting in lively, refined and pure wines — lighter and more airy than those from the southern Mediterranean.
All our oils are produced exclusively from local Provençal varieties — Salonenque, Picholine and Aglandau. Combined with our limestone soil and Mediterranean climate, these varieties yield naturally aromatic and full-bodied oils that reflect the identity of our region rather than seeking uniformity.
