Sparkling wine

The Champagne method is the vinification method which imparts a distinct characteristic --bubbles-- to wine. It is a production method independent of the Champagne region or of the grape variety. It is actually possible to obtain a delicious sparkling wine using many grape varieties, including Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc. Here, you will find all of our wines vinified using this traditional method.
